Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Receipt Office: Expense Scan ("the App"), operated by Ivan Yevsieienko ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Guidelines.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription:
- Receipt Office Pro — monthly or annual subscription providing unlimited receipt scanning and expense report generation.
- The subscription price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
- Prices may change. If the price increases, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel.
3. Free Trial
Where offered, a free trial period may be available. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID will be charged.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Upload images that contain content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use the App to process receipts or data belonging to third parties without their consent.
5. Accuracy of Results
The App uses AI-based recognition to extract data from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all extracted information will be correct. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before using it for financial or legal purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
